I purchased the wrong item!

Do not fret! You can send us an email and we will process it on our backend if we have yet to send your order out. If the item has been sent out. you can return the item(s) within a specified period (30 days) for a refund or exchange.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Items available in store: shipped out in 2-3 days
  • Personalised items: minimum 2 weeks. If you need the item earlier / next-day, please reach out to me via email!

  • Wedding Stationery: 3 weeks - 1 month depending on complexity
